1. Who we are

This website is operated by Baraa Studios (“we”, “us”), a film studio based in Doha, State of Qatar.

2. These terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms as the studio changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be described on this page rather than made quietly.

3. What this website is

This website presents the studio’s work and explains what we do. It is information, not an offer to enter into a contract.

Nothing here is a quotation, a commitment to take on a project, or a promise of a particular price, schedule or result. Work is agreed in writing, project by project. Where anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

4. Using the website

You may read, browse and link to this site freely, and you may quote short extracts with attribution.

You may not:

• copy, republish or redistribute the films, images or written material here as your own

• scrape, harvest or systematically download any part of the site by automated means

• use the content of this website to train, fine-tune, evaluate or benchmark any machine learning or artificial intelligence system, or for text and data mining, without our written permission

• attempt to reach any part of the site, server or account you have not been given access to

• interfere with the site’s operation or security, or use it in a way that damages or overloads it

• use the site for anything unlawful

5. Our work and our brand

The films, photographs, edits, written material, design, layout and code of this website belong to us or to the people we made them with, and are protected by copyright and other rights.

The Baraa Studios name, wordmark and monogram are ours. Please do not use them without written permission.

6. Names and marks that are not ours

Client names, brand names and trade marks shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners. They appear to identify work the studio contributed to. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or a continuing relationship.

Where a credit names a specific role, that is the role that was performed — nothing beyond it is claimed.

7. Sending us a brief

The contact form is an invitation to start a conversation. Sending a brief does not oblige us to take a project on, and it does not oblige you to engage us.

Please do not send confidential material through the form. If a project needs confidentiality before it can be discussed, tell us and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement first.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we remain free to work on projects in similar categories for other clients.

8. Links to other websites

This site links to places we do not control, such as Instagram and TikTok. Those links are for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of any website we link to.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.

10. Accuracy

We take care over what we publish here. Even so, the site is provided as it is, and we do not warrant that everything on it is complete, current or free of error.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of the State of Qatar, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. If part of this does not hold

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

13. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the law of the State of Qatar. The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction.
